I am a young professional with experience in working in Finance, Account Management Manufacturing, Science Labs, Customer Service and Cash Handling. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Management, Leadership, Microsoft Excel, and Research. Strong military and protective services professional with a master’s degree in Food Business and Innovation from University College Cork.

I thoroughly enjoy networking and building meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients alike with a keen interest in all things sport. I am a diligent individual, striving for excellence in all things I do, and complete tasks in a timely fashion..

Mar ‘23- Present: Supply Chain Analyst- Lipton Soft Drinks Ireland, Unilever

  • Working on 2024 cost roll up, planning and inventory management
  • Supporting all areas of the business during SAP implementation including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics and Quality.

  • Working closely with Financial Officer, took over Accounts payable, month end and supported all other functions.
  • Managing all key supplier accounts (Over 100)
  • Investigating Quality Non-Conformances

Oct ‘19- Oct,22: Packaging Technician, Gilead Sciences

  • Responsible for working on assignments that are routine while recognizing deviations from accepted or usual practices

  • Adheres to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Batch Records and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) –

  • Works in conjunction with other Packaging Technicians under the guidance of team Leader/ Packaging Supervisor

Positions of Responsibility

  • GAA Summer Camp Coach/Supervisor, Cork (each July from 2011 to 2019): coached children of ages 6-12 in gaelic and other sports games. Progressed to role of supervisor from 2014 onwards.

  • Member of the development committee in my local GAA club.

  • Underage GAA coach to under 21 level players.

  • Captain of numerous GAA teams since I began playing.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables,)

  • Numerous sporting achievements in GAA at club, county and college (All Ireland medal).

Interests and Hobbies

  • GAA – Heavily involved since the age of 5, between playing, coaching and other off-field roles. Learned key skills such as commitment, leadership and organization.

  • Soccer/Rugby – Played previously from 14 to 16.

  • Tennis – Casual player and have been a member of my local club since I was 12.

  • Golf – Casual player and have been a member of my local club since I was 15.

  • Gym – Interest in keeping fit and staying healthy.

  • Reading – Keen reader of autobiographies mainly.
